As for the picture, I like how you did the feet and I like the shape of the head. The chest still looks pretty flat though, and browsing through your gallery I noticed that's how you draw chests on all your characters.
That's ok, but in real life a chest doesn't look like that. Take a look at your own chest and you'll see that it's concave at the front. The more muscular you are, the more your chest will stick out. That's to make room for your internal organs, your lungs in particular.
By contrast, the back of a torso can be quite flat. So in a sense, what you are showing as the chest area right now, looks a little bit like someone's back.
Does that make sense? Anyway, you did improve a lot again. Keep up the good work.
